BIKE AND WINE PATH

Girangoris, immersed in a landscape where nature and history are the undisputed protagonist, is a 13-km path in the Tenuta di Angoris.

A walk, a bike ride, or just a fun and informational way of living the nature and the history of a sustainable estate that respects and protects the environment.

The path crosses a mosaic of cultivated land, where you can read and learn about the technical features of our vineyards in the Friuli Isonzo DOC, gazing across panoramic viewpoints, discovering the history of the estate and its territory thanks to the information points and finding peace in the shade of the centuries-old fir trees of our Wildlife and Hunting Reserve, where it is possible to spot roe deers, hares and pheasants.

Girangoris ends its path with the arrival in the centuries-old park of Villa Locatelli where it is possible to admire the beautiful trees and plants besides the Villa embodying the life of all the people who made history in this territory.

Come and visit us to get enchanted, have fun and discover one of the most ancient estates of Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.

At the end of the Girangoris path it is possible to taste the wines of Tenuta di Angoris in our tasting room or in an incredible renovated 150-hectolitre barrel with a view on Villa Locatelli, for an unforgettable tasting and sensory experience.

Along the path, you can find refreshment at our restaurant “Al Podere”. A cozy and refined place where you can taste our wines accompanied by local and italian traditional dishes, prepared with respect for seasonality, using fresh, genuine and absolute quality products.
